Investire all’estero
Monday, February 14, 2011
Investire nei terreni industriali all’estero.

Una spinta all'industria dell'automobile in Romania
Thursday, February 10, 2011

A STRATEGY FOR EUROPE IN CRISIS
Tuesday, June 22, 2010
The leaders of EU states met for the summer European Council in Brussels and agreed on enforcing budget discipline and better coordination of economic policies. They backed the idea that, as of 2011, national budgetary plans be verified within the Union, before being adopted in the parliaments of member states. The measure comes as Brussels recalls having received wrong information regarding national budget deficits, something which the EU considers particularly dangerous.
The participants have also discussed the possibility of gradually introducing new sanctions for states that violate the regulations, while members that fall within the allowed limits are expected to receive financial incentives. Another punishing measure, put forth by the France-Germany fulcrum, could be the cancellation of voting rights for states that have excessively lenient fiscal policies.
Another option has been considered, which prohibits access to European subsidies, such as regional, social and farming aid, to states that ignore fiscal regulations. European leaders have also reached an agreement regarding the introduction of taxes on banks. European states will debate this topic at the G20 summit, scheduled for next week in Canada.
Another issue that European leaders debated was the 2020 EU Strategy, a document adopted by Brussels. Attending the debates, Romanian president Traian Basescu said that ‘’this strategy perfectly fit the country’s modernization program’’. The document mentions several EU objectives, including a 75% reduction in unemployment for the 20-64 age segment, and an increase in the level of education. Massive investments in the field of research and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions are also on the cards.
The European Council also decided that, by the end of this month, all member states publish the results of stress tests within bank system – something noted by President Basescu. Every national bank facing problems will receive EU financial help, Basescu added.

Wood is one of the preferred materials by those involved in green building because a number of characteristics make it an almost perfect material if it is made responsible use.
A wooden house has many advantages over conventional construction. Wooden house, if well implemented, it has nothing to envy to a house made of bricks and cement, indeed!
The single significant problem, this solution may be a cultural one, a large part of Italy is in fact from this point of view related to the myth of brick and cement.
Quality Construction will devote space to the area of this site wooden houses offering visitors an overview of what it offers the market is now highlighting the pros and cons of the various constructive solutions adopted for this kind of achievement.
Course will be given ample space to quality solutions before which the visitor can find many, indeed many, reasons to seriously consider the outcome of the wooden house.
At present because the market is booming in our country since
a wooden house implies, among many benefits including:
* Quickly and default cost of construction (of course depends on which you rely)
* Energy Saving insured (a wooden house in average requires half or even less, energy to be heated. One can, with a slight increase costs go down quietly to one third of consumption. With the wood is then possible to implement passive houses)
* Is ecologically sustainable (if the wood comes from forests managed in a timely manner)
* Is healthy (if you use only natural materials for green building)
* Is durable (if you choose a house producers of quality wood, from this point of view, has nothing to envy to a conventional, indeed ...)
* It is economical (the cost of management and maintenance of a well-built wooden house are much lower than conventional construction. Buy a good wooden house is undoubtedly the best course is to side than on the quality of costs).
